WSJ offers less and less
The German version disappeared. The market data center disappeared. WSJ customer service confirmed me it would be back in the next update, but nothing happened for over 6 months.
Updating to new paper takes longer and longer. Subjectively it feels that the paper also contains less articles than 6 months ago. Also I experience more and more crashes. Sorry WSJ, I just cancelled my subscription. I loved the newspaper until you started "improving things". Frustrating customers has never proven to be a growth strategy that works.
