No more swipe from the right for article list on iPad?!

How can you just remove a feature like that without notice? I swear every update fixes one thing and breaks two. The 8.2 notes say this feature is back but of course it isnt!

Thumbnails are also missing again when viewing available issues. Will this app ever just work?!
